At eliteuse.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

• Customers may open and check their parcel before making payment for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
• eliteuse.pk reserves the right to decline returns if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
